Extreme situations can affect each of us, so it is so necessary to have basic knowledge and skills to help yourself in case of a threat.

Self-help in extreme situations can save lives and help you stay calm. On March 17, employees of the Vitebsk city department of emergency situations Anastasia Polesova and Roman Batyukov met with students of grades 6 «A» and 7 «B» of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School № 2 of Vitebsk named after F. Blokhin».

The students were told about the rules of behavior in various extreme situations. The training contributed to the formation of a serious attitude to their own lives and the safety of others.
