
«Pushkiniana in miniature» in the exhibition hall «ExLibris»

The exhibition project «Touch the rarity with your hands!» presents to the readers of Vitebsk regional library an exhibition of Alexander Pushkin's works published in an unusual format.
To the 225th anniversary of the poet's birth in the exhibition hall «ExLibris» opened the exposition «Pushkiniana in miniature» – a total of 35 elegant volumes, not more than 10 cm in size. «Queen of spades» and «Eugene Onegin», «The bronze horseman» and «Little tragedies», «The young peasant girl» and «Ruslan and Lyudmila», «Count Nulin» and «The fountain of Bakhchisarai» – these are just some of the titles of the collection! It is complemented by miniature editions devoted to Pushkin's ex-libris. At the exhibition you can also see wonderful miniature editions of Alexander Pushkin's fairy tales. All of them are brightly illustrated, have colorful covers, colored forzats.
The editions of the great poet's works presented in the «ExLibris» exhibition hall admire the filigree work of masters and are the samples of high book culture.
The exhibition «Pushkiniana in miniature» is open from June 6 to June 28, 2024.
