The international educational project «Smolensk-Vitebsk Transfer: Ecological Concepts of the Twin Cities» is being carried out from October 3 to December 14, 2017 with the support of the Goethe-Institut.
The project is aimed at drawing attention to the environmental problems of the twin cities, strengthening partnership between them and developing intercultural communication among youth in the field of ecology. The project activities are aimed at the youth of Smolensk and Vitebsk at the age of 15–25 years, studying German as a foreign language.

October 3 - November 15 – the video clips competition «Let's Make the Earth Cleaner!» (Vitebsk Regional Library named after V. I. Lenin and Smolensk Regional Universal Scientific Library named after A. T. Tvardovsky)
