Basic services
The Vitebsk Regional Library Named After V. Lenin offers its readers the following library, bibliographical and informational services:
giving out library documents of different media types for a temporary use;
providing readers with the information of the structure of the library funds by means of catalogues, card files, databases and other informing means;
consulting and assisting readers in searching for information sources and choosing them;
ordering documents that are not available in the library via interlibrary loans from other libraries;
giving simple oral bibliographical and factual references;
organizing book exhibitions, literature reviews, bibliographical surveys and other socio-cultural events for readers;
extending terms of readers' using publications in accordance with the order established in the library;
giving access to the information of the official library Internet site that is constantly being updated.
