Import substitution in Belarus: myth or reality?

Import substitution is one of the priorities of the state economic policy, aimed at reducing dependence on imports and stimulating the development of domestic production in the republic.
The Department of Information and Bibliographic Work has prepared an annotated bibliographic list «Import substitution in Belarus: myth or reality?» The proposed bibliographic manual reflects publications from the funds of the Vitebsk Regional Library named after V. Lenin, dedicated to the policy of import substitution in the Republic of Belarus.
