Patriotism is one of the deepest human feelings, consolidated over millennia, the most important spiritual asset of the individual, characterizing the highest level of its development and manifested in its active self-realization for the benefit of the Motherland.
In the modern world, patriotic feelings have acquired new forms of expression and have become relevant in a different context. The 21st century brings new challenges and provides opportunities for the expression of patriotism.
The Department of Information and Bibliographic Work has prepared an annotated bibliographic list «Patriotism in the 21st Century». The proposed manual presents books and articles from periodicals devoted to issues of patriotism and patriotic education of the younger generation in the 21st century.
