Library Lesson: The State Flag, Coat of Arms and Anthem of My Country

The State flag, Coat of Arms and Anthem are the attributes of any sovereign state and reflect the historical, spiritual and moral features of the nation, cultural make up and the philosophy of life.

The employees of Marketing and Social and Cultural activities Department are held a library lesson in kindergarten № 106 dedicated to the Day of The State Flag, Coat of Arms and Anthem of the Republic of Belarus celebration, which is annually celebrated in our country on the second Sunday of May.

Using the materials of the book exhibition «Belarus is my country!» librarians told to children about the importance of state symbols and the history of the Coat of Arms of Belarus.

Children gained knowledge about the symbolic meaning of the flag colors of the Republic of Belarus and took part in the creation of a thematic mind map, read poems about the Motherland. All participants of the event sang the national anthem of our country.
