LitRes
As part of the «LitRes: Library» project, the library offers free access to electronic publications from the LitRes catalog.
This service allows readers to access all electronic and audio books presented on the LitRes portal: these are more than 750,000 publications, including new releases, bestsellers, and fiction and non-fiction, children's books and much more. Books are available for reading on any computer or mobile device with Internet access. Reading books for free, without advertising and with guaranteed access to the entire text.
To get free access to e-books, you need to register with the library and receive an individual login and password in the subscription department.
The electronic library system «University Library Online» contains Russian learning resources (full texts of textbooks, training handbooks and study guides) on philosophy, history, political science, law, economics, natural sciences, IT, culture studies, psychology, sociology of religion, philological sciences, literature studies, art history etc. There are also full texts of scientific and popular scientific editions (monographs, collections, journals); works of Russian, German, English and American fiction; reference books, dictionaries, encyclopedias; illustrated editions on art etc.
The E-System is constantly filling up with new literature and currently it contains about 100000 editions' titles. Users have an opportunity to make notes to books, to create bookmarks, comments, to make notes with an output into external media, to form a virtual bookshelf.

Znanium.com is an e-library system with collections of electronic versions of books, magazines, articles and other documents formed by subject and target characteristics.
Electronic Library System Znanium is an information portal and includes textbooks, manuals, monographs, articles, dissertations and autoabstracts, encyclopedias, reference books, legislative and regulatory documents, scientific periodicals available in a single virtual space.
E-Library contains more than 87000 documents of different subjects. The basis of the fund of the Electronic Library System Znanium.com is the literature of the «INFRA-M» group of companies.

The result of the joint project of the State Institution «Vitebsk Regional Library named after V.I. Lenin», Vitebsk regional organization of the public association «Belarusian Union of War Veterans in Afghanistan», Vitebsk city museum of internationalist warriors. The project was developed for the 25th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan and is dedicated to the Afghan soldiers of the Vitebsk region.
